Chef Dean Kropp looks forward to sharing his passion for the culinary arts, along with some of his pastries, as he tells the story of his journey becoming a pastry chef, competing in culinary competitions, and ultimately writing his book Cooking for Gold. Unfortunately, injuries suffered through no fault of his own brought his career to an end in 2000 and 2004. This life-changing experience also led him down another path: revealing what it is like to be left injured in the No-Fault system in New York State.
