After graduating from Oklahoma City University, Vincent Marmorale completed a Master's of Science Degree in Sociology/ Education from Long Island University/C/W Post in 1971, Vince began his career teaching social studies at the Sachem School District where he taught for thirty-three years. He was responsible for creating and implementing the Holocaust Studies Program for the junior high schools. After the success of this program, Mr. Marmorale developed a Prejudice Reduction Curriculum for the fourth, fifth, and sixth grades for the twelve elementary schools in the district. Vince personally visited each class with his prejudice reduction message. In addition, he presented workshops on Prejudice Reduction, the Holocaust and the Italian story on the local, state, and national levels.
